Have you ever asked the question “what is spirituality?”

Did you ever hear the saying “fake it ’til you make it”?

What do you think about that idea?

I love this question because it really digs deep. There are so many places we can go with this idea, but for now, let’s focus on this in relation to happiness and unhappiness. In my book, “Interviewed by God,” I asked God about this, and this is part of the reply I got:

“Stop focusing on what you do not enjoy and turn your attention to those things you do enjoy.

Even if it’s a very small thing, such as a fresh breeze on a summer’s day. This is not fantasy, this is not faking it, this is not a farce. This is finding the essence of who you truly are and bringing that reality to light.

Even when you touch it for a moment, you will fee the truth of it. Find what is good in your life; it is full of gifts for you to discover and enjoy.”

What in your life can you find to be authentically happy and grateful for?
